Workshop
Abuse can leave you drained and disoriented, but you are the victor, not the victim. In this workshop, you’ll name the resistance standing in your way and build countermeasures that carry your recovery forward.
Ten people get it free — live on Zoom, Saturday 24 October at 10am ET, thirty minutes, in exchange for doing the work in the room and telling me afterwards what helped. $97 after that.

You are buried under a rubble of false narratives, lies and distortions, meant to keep you there, unseen, unloved and unwanted. Most of all, unheard.
No witness to the harm being caused. No one you can count on to truly listen. The sinister irony is that everyone is a witness — knowingly or unknowingly, they have all gathered around to see you self-destruct.
Self-destruction that is meant to appear organic, and utterly of your own undoing.
But a heart like yours is not closed. It takes hit after hit, only to repair itself again — renewed, and even more fortified in love.
Even when what you needed was a hand, a shoulder, an ear — God’s grace has been your guiding light. Your reminder that unconditional love exists. Moreover, that this kind of love is here for you.
You are not alone; you are armed by God. You are protected beyond measure.
When anger, frustration and rage have touched your kind heart — do not worry. Remember you were wronged: not once, and not slightly, but repeatedly and deliberately. Now, channel your emotions into something productive because vengeance is not yours to take, God whispers. I will avenge you. I will bless you. I will make your enemies your footstool. For I have seen your heart, I know your thoughts, and I’ve seen the love you’ve given even when it was not reciprocated. I am your witness.
You, my darling, are loved. You are worthy. You are enough. And you are chosen.
