The podcast
For the part of recovery nobody witnesses — after the room has emptied and everyone else has moved on.
Not yet published. The letter goes out the day it is.
About the show
Every episode does one piece of work. There is no expert panel and nothing you have to have read first. You arrive where you are.
The season follows the method, in order. If you listen from the beginning you are doing the work in sequence — which is the only way it holds.
There is usually a room. A meeting, a kitchen table, a group chat you were not in. A version of you was agreed on in that room, and you have carried their verdict ever since without once being asked.
This episode does the first movement: seeing it exactly as it was, in accurate words, without minimising it and without making it larger than it was.
The season
Episode one is upcoming. The rest are written and not yet in the chair. Titles may change; the order will not.

The next step
Tell me roughly where you are. I read these myself, and I will reply with a couple of times that work.
Seven fields, five of them required. Nothing you write here goes anywhere else.
I have your note and I will reply personally with a couple of times. Nothing is decided until you decide it.
