Workshop
Abuse can leave you drained and disoriented, but you are the victor, not the victim. In this workshop, you’ll name the resistance standing in your way and build countermeasures that carry your recovery forward.
Live on Zoom · Thu 15 Oct, 9am ETThe letter
You are more powerful than you realise — you have everything within you to recover and become triumphant.
Reputation damage can feel like you are being swallowed whole by an overwhelming darkness, so obscure that you are unable to find your way through this convoluted maze. On purpose, you were never meant to liberate yourself. The road dark and weary elicits a continual state of commotion that inevitably steals your light, your energy, your vitality, and lastly, your peace. Energetically, you are being swayed in the wind, directionless, confused and bewildered.
Of course, the defamation was meant to distort everyone’s perception of you, but most importantly distort your perception of yourself. Consequently, as your beliefs, values, and principles deteriorate — you are left feeling ungrounded, lacklustre, scattered, and unfocused. Working through the remnants of an abuse that you can’t efficiently explain to anyone.
Fortunately, there is a solution, and the work starts within. Even though there are external forces influencing your life negatively, you do not have to impress upon anyone your worth or even acquaint them with your cause.
The work that you put in to reclaim all of you will be shown externally.
Where to start
Remember, what happened to you does not have to be your Verdict. If you can find the courage to transform your mind, then you can transform your life.
