What happens to what you tell me.

You have already been talked about by people who never asked you. So here is every piece of information this site collects, why it exists, how long it stays, and who else could ever see it — along with the rights you hold under United States and state privacy law. If anything is unclear, ask me and I will answer plainly.

Last updated 7 October 2026

I do not sell, rent, share or trade your information. I never have and I never will.

Who is responsible

Still Chosen LLC is run by Sorrina Jolie De Noir, trading as Still Chosen, based in Cheyenne, Wyoming, United States. In state privacy law I am the business — the person who decides what is collected and what happens to it.

I am the only person who reads what you send. There is no team, no assistant and no agency. You can reach me at hello@iamstillchosen.com.

What I collect

Only what you type in yourself. The one thing gathered in the background is a count of visits, which cannot identify you — the section on cookies and tracking says exactly what it is.

  • Booking a consultation — your name and email, which are required; your phone number and anything you choose to write in the last box, which are not.
  • The weekly letter and episode alerts — your email address, and nothing else.
  • Claiming a free place on the course — your email address, and which page you asked from. It puts you on the weekly letter too, which the form tells you before you send it.
  • Asking for the free guide — your email address and which page you asked from. You do not need to give me anything to read the guide; the address is only so I can send you the link. Nothing you tick inside it is saved anywhere, by me or on your device.
  • What you tell me afterwards — a free place comes with the condition that you send me honest feedback and let me publish a line or two of it here. You choose how you are named, or whether you are named at all, and you see it before it goes up. The call is recorded so you can keep it; it is not published, and you can stay off camera and muted the whole way through.

The last box is optional on purpose. Write as little as you like; the consultation is where the rest belongs. What you write there may describe your health, your beliefs or what was done to you — information the law treats as especially sensitive, and which I hold only because you chose to tell me.

Why I hold it

  • To answer you and arrange a time to speak. If you have asked to book, replying is the whole point of your having written.
  • To send the letter or episode alerts, which happens only because you asked and stops the moment you say stop.
  • To keep the records I am required to keep once you become a client.

Nothing is used to build a profile of you, to advertise, or to work out what you might be persuaded to buy. There is no automated decision-making here — a person reads everything, and that person is me.

Who else can see it

I would rather tell you this plainly than claim nobody is involved.

  • Whoever hosts this website — Netlify — passes your message to me. They do not read it or keep it for their own purposes.
  • Your email provider and mine carry the message, as they carry any email.
  • MailerLite holds your email address if — and only if — you subscribe to the letter or claim a free place on the course, and deletes it when you leave. Nothing else of yours is given to them.
  • Cal.com handles booking a consultation, and only if you choose to book one. The button opens their website in a new tab, so nothing of theirs runs on this page and they see nothing of your visit here — only what you type into their form.

There is no advertising network, no data broker and no customer database anywhere in this. Nobody named above may use what you send for their own purposes.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and loads nothing from any other company — no fonts, no scripts, no images from elsewhere. Nothing runs in your browser to watch you, and nothing is written to your phone or your computer.

Visits are counted, and I want you to know how. Netlify, who host the site, keep the ordinary records every web host keeps and give me a summary: how many people came, which pages were opened, and which website or app sent them, when that is known. It is counted at their end, from records that already existed. It cannot tell me who you are, it cannot link one visit to another, and it cannot link a visit to anything you later send me. I started using it in October 2026 so I could tell which of my own videos and letters actually bring people here. If you would rather not be counted, a private window or a VPN keeps you out of it and nothing here will work any differently.

That is also why there is no banner asking you to accept anything. Nothing is being put on your device, so there is nothing to accept. The one link that takes you off this site is the booking button, which opens Cal.com in a new tab; from that point their privacy terms apply, not mine.

Where it is held

Your information is held in the United States by Netlify, who host this website — and, if you subscribe to the letter, by MailerLite, a company based in the European Union. If you are writing from another country, it crosses a border to reach me — that is true of any email you send abroad.

I keep the amount of information small enough, and the number of places it sits few enough, that this is a short journey: your message, my inbox.

How long it stays

  • If we do not end up working together — I delete your enquiry within six months.
  • If we do — I keep what is needed while we work together and for two years afterwards, then delete it.
  • The letter — your email stays on the list until you leave, and is deleted when you do.

Ask me to delete something sooner and I will, without asking why.

Adults only

This practice is for adults. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under eighteen, and never from a child under thirteen. If you believe a child has written to me, tell me and I will delete it.

Two things worth saying

Consider where you are reading this. If someone else can see your email or your phone, use an address they do not know about, or write from a device that is yours alone.

If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency service rather than me. I am not a crisis service and I cannot answer quickly enough.

Changes

If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it. If a change affects what happens to information you have already sent me, I will write to you before it takes effect.

Your rights

What you can ask me for, in any state.

The United States has no single privacy law, so different states give you different words for the same four things. I do not check which state you are writing from. Everyone gets all of it: tell me what you hold, correct it, delete it, stop contacting me. One line to hello@iamstillchosen.com is enough — no form, no reason required, no charge. I will confirm when it is done, usually within days and never later than 45 days.

The promises behind those rights

I do not sell your personal information. I do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. I do not use it for targeted advertising or to profile you. There is nothing here to opt out of, because none of it happens.

You will never be treated differently for asking — no worse service, no higher price, no delay. If I ever have to refuse a request, I will tell you why and you may reply to appeal it; I will answer that appeal in writing.

California

Under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA you may ask what I have collected in the past twelve months, where it came from, why I hold it and who has seen it, and you may ask me to delete or correct it.

I have not sold or shared personal information in the preceding twelve months, and I do not use sensitive personal information for any purpose beyond answering you. Under California's Shine the Light law, I disclose nothing to third parties for their own marketing.

Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas and other states

Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Delaware and the other states with comprehensive privacy laws give residents rights to access, correct, delete and take a copy of their information, and to opt out of sale and targeted advertising.

I apply all of them to everyone. Where a state gives you the right to appeal a refusal, you have it here whether your state requires it or not.

Health information — Washington and Nevada

What you write in the optional box may touch your mental or physical health. Washington's My Health My Data Act and Nevada's SB 370 treat that as consumer health data and give you the right to know about it, to have it deleted, and to withdraw your consent to my holding it.

I never sell it, never share it, and never use it for anything but replying to you and preparing for our conversation.

This is not HIPAA, and I am not a clinician

HIPAA protects information held by doctors, therapists, hospitals and their insurers. I am none of those things, so what you tell me is not protected health information and I do not want you assuming otherwise.

What protects it here is this notice and my practice: one reader, no platform, nothing sold, deleted on request. If you need HIPAA-covered care, that is exactly the kind of referral I will make.

If I get it wrong

Tell me first and I will put it right. If you are not satisfied, you can contact your state Attorney General — most have a consumer protection division that takes privacy complaints — or the Federal Trade Commission at reportfraud.ftc.gov.

California residents may also contact the California Privacy Protection Agency at cppa.ca.gov. None of this needs my permission and none of it costs anything.

Anything here you want answered before you write to me?

Ask. I would rather spend the time than have you wondering.

Ask Me Directly

You will never be pressured to buy anything.
